Attention All Homeowners
On Thursday, February 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of Harbour Pointe at Arverne by the Sea HOA V was notified by Wen Management NY LLC of their intent to terminate the management agreement with our HOA, effective April 13, 2026. Wen Management has also indicated that they will no longer manage any HOAs within the Arverne by the Sea community and will instead transition exclusively to building construction operations.
In response, a Transition Committee was immediately formed to provide guidance, recommendations, and resources to support the selection of a new management company. This committee is composed of the Board of Directors and the Chairpersons of all Standing Committees.
The Standing Committee Chairpersons are seeking your participation in this important process. We strongly encourage all homeowners to join one of the Standing Committees and take an active role in shaping the future of our community.
This transition represents a significant moment for our HOA. Your involvement—both individually and collectively—will strengthen our selection process and ensure that we choose the management company best suited to serve our community needs.
Given the short 60 day timeline provided for this unexpected change, our Board and the boards of our sister HOAs will request an additional thirty (30) days to complete the transition effectively.
This is a valuable opportunity for each of us to contribute to a major and positive shift in our community operations. We encourage everyone to share their time, skills, and perspectives to help ensure a smooth and successful transition that supports our continued growth and development.
